| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨康复护理干预对脑卒中跌倒患者日常生活能力的影响。方法:将70例脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组采用神经内科常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上接受康复护理干预,随访3个月后评定疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组与对照组的跌倒次数有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者改良巴氏指数、计时起立行走测试及平衡功能均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),但干预后的提高幅度观察组大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:康复护理干预对提高脑卒中跌倒患者的日常生活能力有积极作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:Probe into the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention for falling patients with stroke in daily living activites.Methods:70 patients were divided into observention group(n=35) and control group(n=35),the control group using normal drugs therapy and observention group accepted rehabiliation nursing intervention based on normal therapy,visiting three months.Results:There was remarkably different between two group in tumble times(P<0.05),the MBI and banlance function in observention groups was higher than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The results shows that rehabilitation nursing intervention could improve stroke patients' daily living activeties. |
