| 摘 要： | 目的 研究补脾益肾之复方中药制剂的抗老延衰作用。方法 将桑椹、茯苓、枸杞子等中药煎制液加 2 %蜂蜜调制后 ,选择 13名健康老年人连续服用 30日 ,服药前后分别进行衰老指标测定。结果 该制剂可显著降低血清胆固醇 (TC)、血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)和血清过氧化脂质 (LPO)含量及动脉硬化指数 (AI) (P <0 .0 0 1) ;明显升高血锌含量 (P <0 .0 0 5 ) ;对超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL C)也有一定的升高作用 ,但无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 该复方中药制剂具有抗动脉硬化 (AS)、延缓衰老的作用

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical antiaging effect of a compound Traditional Chinese Medicine for reinforcing kidney and spleen. Methods 13 healthy old men were given a decoction for 30 days. Aging indexes of cases were observed pre-and post-administration of decoction. Results The decoction can decrease significantly TC, LDL-C, LPO and AI (P<0.01), and increase serum Zn (P<0.05). Conclusion The decoction can have anti-AS and antiaging effect. |
