| 摘 要： | 本文介绍一种新型节育器(UTED)的研制和使用过程,其特点是一次可自动堵塞双侧输卵管,并兼有含铜节育器的作用。自1984年12月到1986年1月共放置455例,共使用3030.5妇女月,12个月的累积存放净率为94.5%,带器妊娠净率0.0%,脱落净率3.6%,因症取出净率1.4%。本资料随访率99.1%,主要副作用是出血和疼痛,但发生率并不比其它含铜节育器高。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a new type of contraceptive device called UTED. It is characterized by an elastic connecting arm made of stainless steel and two copper plugs which can block the uterine os of the Fallopian tubes automatically. The elastic connecting arm acts as an intrauterine device too. Insertion of UTED has been done in 455 parous women from Dec. 1984 to Jan. 1986, with 3030.5 woman month in total. Net cumulative pregnancy rate was 0.0%, net expulsion rate 3.6%, net cumulative continuation rate 94.5%. Removal rate due to medical reasons 1.4%. Follow up rate for present data was 99.1%. The main side-effects were abnormal uterine bleeding and lower abdominal pain but their incidence was not higher than other IUDs. |
