| 摘 要： | 目的:研究眼部缺血综合征(ocular ischemic syndrome,OIS)的眼底荧光血管造影的特征。方法:对41例眼部缺血综合征的患者行数字减影动脉造影(digtal subtraction angiography,DSA)、彩色多普勒血管检查(doppler)和眼底荧光血管造影检查(fundus flurescein angiography,FFA)。结果:FFA提示眼部缺血综合征患者臂-视网膜循环时间不同程度延长,视网膜静脉扩张,微血管瘤,血管壁着染以及黄斑水肿和视网膜毛细血管无灌注等改变。结论:眼部缺血综合征的FFA检查呈现特征性改变。为与其相关的全身性疾病的诊断和治疗提供佐证。

| Abstract: | AIM:To observe the features of fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA)of ocular ischemic syndrome(OIS).METHODS:Forty-one patients suffered from OIS were received digtal subtraction angiography(DSA),Doppler examination of blood vessels and FFA.RESULTS:FFA showed that the arm-retinal time delayed.Retinal vein was dilated.Microaneurysm,stain in the wall of vessels,macular edema and capillary non-perfusion also could be observed.CONCLUSION:Characteristic feature of OIS can be shown with FFA examination and help us to make diagnosis and treatment of relative general disease. |
