中药序贯疗法联合激素治疗卵巢早衰临床研究

目的：观察中药序贯疗法联合激素治疗卵巢早衰（POF）的临床效果。方法：POF患者59例随机分为激素组、联合组、中药组3组,激素组采用激素替代疗法,联合组采用中药序贯疗法联合激素替代疗法,中药组只用中药序贯疗法,均治疗3月。比较3组治疗前后及停药3月后围绝经期症状Kupperman（K）评分,血清雌二醇（E2）和卵泡刺激素（FSH）水平,子宫内膜厚度,卵巢体积及临床疗效。结果：联合组治疗3月后K评分、FSH均下降显著,血E2明显上升,子宫内膜厚度增加,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）,停药3月后联合组K评分、FSH继续下降,E2继续上升,与治疗前比较,差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0.01）。治疗3月后激素、联合组总有效率比较,差异无显著性意义（P〉0.05）;停药3月后,联合组总有效率高于另2组,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中药序贯疗法联合激素治疗POF起效快,疗效好,有助于恢复卵巢功能,优于单纯激素替代或中药治疗。

Clinical Study of Sequential Therapy of Chinese Medicine Combined with Hormone Therapy in Treating Premature Ovarian Failure
