论毒邪与骨髓增生异常综合征

通过回顾总结前人学说和相关文献中有关毒邪的涵义、分类、致病机理等理论，结合骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）的病因病机及中医临床证治特点，阐述MDS的发生与“内毒”和“外毒”的关系，指出毒邪既是MDS的重要致病因素又是疾病过程中的病理产物，在MDS不同阶段必须权衡毒邪内停之轻重，适时、得当地采用清解邪毒法治疗，可以抑制骨髓异常增生，诱导造血干细胞的分化，促进MDS骨髓的正常造血。
