| 摘 要： | 目的：观察四妙散加味结合体外超声碎石治疗湿热型肾结石60例临床疗效。方法：将60例湿热型肾结石患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例以四妙散加味结合体外超声碎石治疗；对照组30例以西医解痉、抗炎、止痛等结合体外超声碎石治疗。结果：总有效率治疗组93．33％，对照组73．33％，2组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：四妙散加味结合体外超声碎石治疗湿热型肾结石的临床疗效确切，且复发率低于对照组，是治疗湿热型肾结石的有效方法。
