消痔灵注射液联合地奥司明片治疗内痔的疗效观察

目的探究消痔灵注射液联合地奥司明片治疗内痔的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月—2016年5月上海市第一人民医院宝山分院收治的内痔患者96例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各48例。对照组口服地奥司明片,3片/次,2次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上内痔局部注射消痔灵注射液,根据内痔大小,每个痔核注药3~5 m L。两组患者均连续治疗7 d。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的临床症状评分。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为75.00%、93.75%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组便血、疼痛、坠胀、水肿、瘙痒评分和总分均显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);且治疗组这些观察指标明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论消痔灵注射液联合地奥司明片治疗内痔具有较好的临床疗效,能够改善临床症状,安全性较好,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Clinical observation of Xiaozhiling Injection combined with Diosmin Tablets in treatment of hemorrhoids

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaozhiling Injection combined with Diosmin Tablets in treatment of hemorrhoids. Methods Patients (96 cases) with hemorrhoids in Baoshan Branch of Shanghai First People''s Hospital from January 2014 to May 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 48 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Diosmin Tables, 3 tablets/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were local injection administered with Xiaozhiling Injection around hemorrhoids on the basis of the control group, according to the internal size of each hemorrhoids injection 3 — 5 mL. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the clinical symptom score in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 75.00% and 93.75%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, hematochezia scores, pain scores, distension scores, edema scores, itching scores, and total scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Xiaozhiling Injection combined with Diosmin Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of hemorrhoids, can improve clinical symptoms, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
