70例儿童消化性溃疡临床分析

目的：探讨小儿消化性溃疡的胃镜特点和临床特征。方法：经胃镜检查确诊的消化性溃疡患儿资料进行回顾性分析。结果：经胃镜检查阳性70例，其中十二指肠溃疡55例，胃溃疡15例；临床表现为腹痛33例，上消化道出血16例，呕吐12例，贫血及食欲不振9例。结论：小儿消化性溃疡临床症状不典型，胃镜检查能提高小儿消化性溃疡的诊治率，有效指导临床治疗。

Clinical Analysis of 70 cases of Pediatric Peptic Ulcer

Objective: To explore the characteristic of endoscopy and the clinic symptoms of pediatric peptic ulcer. Methods: A retrospective analysis was made in 70 cases of peptic ulcer confirmed by gastroscopy from 736 patients. Results: Of 70 patients, fity-five were duodenal ulcer and fifteen were gastric ulcers. The clinical manifestation were abdominal pain(33/70) ,homorrhage of upper digestive tract(16/ 70), vomitting(12/70),anemia and anorexia(9/70). Conclusion:Since the atypical clinical symptoms of pediatric peptic ulcer, endoscopy examination was necessary to increase the rate of diagnose and thus guide the clinical treatment.
