血管外肺水在ALI／ARDS诊断及预后评估中的应用价值

急性肺损伤（aente lung injury，ALI）／急性呼吸窘迫综合症（acute respiratory distress syndmme，ARDs）是危重症患者死亡的主要原因之一，病死率居高不下，多年以来一直是呼吸与危重病医学界研究的热点与难点。近些年国内外学者在ALI/ARDs的诊断及预后方面的临床研究方面取得一定进展，有文献提出血管外肺水（exfravacular lung water，EVLW）在ARDS诊断及预后中存在一定应用价值。本文对EVLW在ALI／ARDS诊断及预后评估中的应用价值做一综述。

Diagnostic and prognostic value of extravacular lung water in ALI/ARDS patients

Acute lung injury （ALI）/Acute respiratory distress syndrome （ARDS） is a common and devastating illness in the intensive care unit, with mortality rates exceeding 30%-50%. Recently, Increased extravacular lung water（EVLW）is central to the pathophysiology of the syndrome and correlates with the severity of lung injury, response to treatment and clinical outcome.In this article, we intended to review the role of EVLW in the context of two themes： its ability to predict disease severity and outcome and its added value as a diagnostic criterion of ARDS.
