骨宁颗粒质量标准研究

摘    要:【目的】建立骨宁颗粒质量标准。【方法】采用薄层色谱法对骨宁颗粒中白芍、葛根、威灵仙进行定性鉴别,并用高效液相色谱法对芍药苷的含量进行测定。色谱柱填充剂:十八烷基硅烷健合硅胶;流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14:86,v/v);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:230nm;柱温:30℃。【结果】薄层色谱分离清晰,阴性无干扰;芍药苷在0.4028—2.016μg范围内与峰面积有良好线性关系,r=0.9996,芍药苷的平均回收率为99.15%,RSD%=0.90%(n=6)。【结论】该方法专属性强,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于骨宁颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective]To establish the quality standard for Gu Ning Granules. Methods]Herbaceous peony, pueraria and clematis in Gu Ning Granules were identified by TLC. The content of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC with C 18 column and mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphonic acid (14: 86) under the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, the column temperature was 30℃ and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. Result] The TLC spots developed were fairly clear, and the blank test showed no interference. Paeoniflorin was linear in the range of 0.4028 - 2.016 μg. The average recovery was 99.15% and RSD was 0.90% (n = 6). Conclusion ] The method has good specialization, sensitivity and reproducibility, and can be used for quality control of Gu Ning Granules.
