| 摘 要： | 武警部队疗养院正处在由自然因子疗养模式向健康管理型疗养模式转型的关键期，通过健康管理理论研究结合疗养院实际工作，探索构建“五位一体”健康管理疗养模式，“五位一体”即以武警部队健康管理系统为平台，以疗养员近期健康档案与风险评估为依据，以保健康复为主线，以各种疗养因子为支撑，以医疗服务为补充。依据此模式既有助于提高疗养院自身的竞争实力，又有利于改善疗养人员的健康水平，实现提升武警官兵健康素养的目的。

| Abstract: | Resting therapy inodel of the sanatoriums in PAPF is at a critical point during the transformation period from the natural faetor nursing model to the health management model. According to theory study and practice experience, the five-in-one health management model is constructed. The model will improve the competition strength and the health level of the people in the sanatoriums, and help to improve the overall health literacy level in PAPF. |
