军校医学生情绪稳定性与心理健康的关系

【目的】探讨军校医学生的情绪稳定性状况及其与心理健康的关系。【方法】采取横断面调查的研究方法。应用艾森克个性问卷（EPQ）及90项症状自评量表（SymptomChecklist90，SCL-90）等测量工具对军校医学生进行『青绪稳定性调查及其与人格、心理健康水平等因素的关系。【结果】EPQ量表统计结果显示，N量表分数为10．56±4．70；E量表分数为10．66±5．40；P量表分数为4．77±2．76。N量表与SCL-90各因子分均呈正相关（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）；E量表除与SCL-90恐怖因子无关外，与其余因子呈负相关（P〈0．01）；P量表除与SCL-90恐怖因子无关外，与其余因子呈正相关（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。【结论】军校教育工作者应重视提高医学生情绪稳定性，以提高其心理健康水平。

Correlation between mood stability and mental health of medical students in military academies

Objective] To investigate the correlation between mood stability and mental health of medical students in military academies. Methods]EPQ （Eysenek personality questionnaire） and SCL-90 were employed in the study to test randomly sampled 312 medical students. Results]The score of scale N was 10.56 ± 4.70, and those of E and P were respectively 10.66 ± 5.40 and 4.77 ± 2.76. There was positive correlation between N score and factor scores of SCL-90, and the same is the ease with the correlation between P score and factor scores of SCL-90, but there was negative correlation between E score and factor scores of SCL-90. Conclusion] Mood stability should be emphasized to improve the mental health of medical students in military academies.
