摘    要:【目的】观察盐酸右美托咪定对老年人全麻诱导气管插管期心血管反应的影响。【方法】100例拟行全麻择期手术老年患者按随机数字法分为两组:诱导前给予右美托咪定(dexmedetomidine,DEX)组(D组)和对照组(C组),每组50例。记录两组患者即时给予DEX时(T0),给药10 min(T1),诱导后气管插管前(T2),插管时(T3),插管后1 min(T4),插管后3 min(T5),插管后5 min(T6)时间点收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、平均动脉压(MAP)、心律(HR)的变化。【结果】D组组间SBP、DBP、MAP、HR变化有显著性(P〈0.05);C组在T2、T3、T5、T6变化有显著性(P〈0.05);D组和C组比较,T1、T3、T4时点的SBP、DBP、MAP、HR的变化均有显著性(P〈0.05)。【结论】DEX可以有效减低老年人全麻气管插管期的心血管反应。

Application of dexmedetomidine for aged patients undergoing tracheal intubation after induction

Abstract:[Objective] To observe the effect of dexmedetomidine on cardiovascular responses of aged patients to tracheal intubation. [ Methods ] 100 aged patients scheduled for undergoing surgery by general anesthesia Were randomly assigned into two groups: group D ( loading dose DEX ), and group C(control). Record the SBP, DBP, MAP, HR's changes of the two groups when giving DEX(T0), after giving DEX 10 min(T1). After induction,before tracheal intubation (T2) immediately after tracheal intubation(T3), 1 minute(T4), 3 minute (T5) and 5 minutes(T6) after intubation. [ Result] SBP, DBP, MAP and HR of the patients changed significantly in group D(P〈 0.05). T2, T3, T5, T6 of SBP, DBP, MAP and HR of the patients changed significantly in group C(P 〈 0.05). T1, T3, T4 of SBP, DBP, MAP and HR of the patients changed significantly between group D and group C(P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion ]The dexmedetomidine can relieve cardiovascular response of the elderly patients significantly under anesthesia induction.
