医院等级评审中住院医师规范化培训的实践与思考

住院医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分，对培养临床高层次医学人才起到承上启下的重要作用。2010年12月，我院通过并取得了北京市耳鼻喉科和口腔科住院医师规范化培训基地的资格，在正确解读医院等级评审对住院医师规范化培训工作要求的基础上，经过几年的实践与摸索，取得了较好效果，探索出一套完善的住院医师规范化培训工作体系。

Research on standardized training for resident doctors in hospital grade assessment

Standardized training for resident doctors is an important part of medical education for medical graduates after graduation, and plays an important role in the cultivation of high-level clinical medical talents. In December 2010, our hospital obtained qualifica-tion of standardized training base for resident doctors in otolaryngology and dentistry. According to the requirements of standardized training for resident doctors by hospital grade assessment, after years of practice and exploration, a perfect standardized training system for resident doctors has been achieved in our hospital.
