摘    要:【目的】探讨发展性间歇训练方法对位于海拔3 000 m战士有氧能力的影响。【方法】将60名男性战士随机分为训练组和对照组,每组30人,训练组采用发展性间歇训练方法进行训练,对照组采用常规体能训练方法进行训练,6周后比较安静心率、肺活量、最大摄氧量以及3 000 m跑成绩。【结果】训练组在安静心率、肺活量、最大摄氧量分别为(69.83±6.67)次/min、(4 138.58±488.96)ml、(49.78±4.76)ml·(kg·min)-1,与训练前及对照组训练后比较有统计学意义(P〈0.05),采用常规体能训练法仅改善了战士的肺活量(P〈0.05);训练组战士3 000 m跑成绩为(762.15±53.37)s,与本组训练前比较差异具有显著性(P〈0.01),与对照组训练后比较差异具有显著性(P〈0.01)。【结论】发展性间歇训练方法对高原战士的有氧能力有提高作用,可用于指导海拔3 000 m高原地区部队的体能训练。

Abstract:【Objective】To evaluate the effects of developmental intermittent training method on aerobic capacity of soldiers at 3 000 m altitude.【Methods】60 male soldiers were divided into 2 groups at random: training group(n = 30) were given developmental intermittent training method to improve aerobic capacity, while contol group(n = 30) were given normal training method. Resting heart rate, vital capacity, maximal oxygen uptake, 3 000 m running were compared between these two groups after 6 weeks.【Results】The resting heart rate, vital capacity, maximal oxygen uptake, 3 000 m running of training group were(69.83±6.67) beats/min,(4 138.58± 488.96) ml,(49.78±4.76) ml·(kg·min)-1and(762.15±53.37) s respectively, and were significantly different from before training of training group and after training of control group(P 0.05).【Conclusion】The developmental intermittent training method can improve aerobic capacity of soldiers at 3 000 m altitude and could apply to guide physical training for highland troops.
