腔治捷在治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病伴发牙周炎中的作用

【目的】观察牙周基础治疗联合腔治捷对II型糖尿病伴牙周炎的临床疗效。【方法】将30例慢性牙周炎伴II型糖尿病的患者，随机分成2组。实验组采用牙周基础治疗后应用腔治捷治疗，对照组牙周基础治疗后采用上1％碘甘油方法，分别于用药4、8周后观察临床效果。【结果】实验组与对照组均能有效的治疗II型糖尿病牙周炎。牙周治疗4、8周后，实验组与对照组菌斑指数（plaqueindex，PLI）差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。牙周治疗4周后实验组较对照组的牙龈出血指数（suleusbleedingindex，SBI）下降更为显著（P〈0．05），而牙周袋探诊深度（probingdepth，PD）、糖化血红蛋白（glycosylatedhemoglobin，HbAlc）差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗8周后实验组PD、SBI、HbAIc与对照组指标比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。【结论】腔治捷是慢性牙周炎伴II型糖尿病的安全有效的局部治疗药物。

Clinical observation on Qiang zhi jie in treating type II diabetes patients with periodontitis

Objective]To observe the clinical effects of periodontal treatment combined with Qiang zhi jie in treating type II diabetes patients with periodontitis. Methods ] 30 cases of chronic periodontitis patients with type II diabetes, randomly divided into 2 groups. The experimental group used Qiang zhi jie after basic treatment while the control group used 1% iodine glycerin method after basic treatment. Clinical effects were observed after 4 weeks and 8 weeks, respectively. Results]the experimental group and control group could effectively treat type II diabetes patients with periodontitis. The Plaque Index （PLD of experimental group and control group had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05） after 4 or g weeks＇ treatment. The Sulcus Bleeding Index （SBI） of the experimental group deceased more significantly （P 〈 0.05） than control group after 4 weeks＇ treatment, while Probing Depth （PD）, glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc） got no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. The PD, SBI, HbAlc were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） between experimental and control group after 8 weeks＇ treatment. Conclusion ] Qiang zhi jie is a safe and effective local treatment for chronic periodontitis with type II diahetes.
