| 摘 要： | 【目的】探讨吉西他滨体外对人口腔鳞癌细胞株KB增殖情况的影响。【方法】体外培养人口腔鳞癌细胞株KB，MTT法测定不同浓度吉西他滨对KB的抑制率，Western—blotting检测吉西他滨对c—myc蛋白表达影响。【结果】吉西他滨体外可抑制KB的生长，随着药物浓度的增加，对KB的抑制作用增强。与0μg／ml吉西他滨组比较，8、16、32μg/ml吉西他滨均可下调c—myc相对表达量（P〈O．05）。【结论】吉西他滨体外能抑制口腔鳞癌细胞增殖，可能与下调c—myc蛋白表达有关。

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the effect of Gemcitabine on proliferation of oral squamous carcinoma cells . Methods] To culture oral squamous carcinoma cells KB in vitro . The inhibitive rate of KB treated with different concentration of Gemcitabine was detected by MTT , western-blotting detected the protein expression of c-myc in KB. Results] Gemcitabine can inhibit the growth of KB ,and the inhibiting effect on KB strengthen with the increasing of drug concentration. Compaired with 0 μg/ml gemcitabine group, 8, 16,32 μg/ml group could respectively down-regulate the protein expression of c-myc. Conclusions ] Gemcitabine can inhibit the proliferation of oral squamous carcinoma cells,it is likely concerned with the decreasing of C-myc expression. |
