CT引导经皮肺穿刺活检定性诊断肺部占位病变

目的探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检(PCNB)在肺部占位性病变定性诊断中的临床应用价值。方法分析86例接受CT引导下PCNB患者的完整资料,所取组织均行病理学检查。结果 86例患者穿刺成功率100%,83例获得明确诊断,诊断准确率为96.51%(83/86),其中恶性72例、良性11例。气胸发生率为12.79%(11/86),出血发生率为17.44%(15/86)。结论 CT引导下PCNB是一种安全、简便易行的临床检查方法,能准确地获得肺部占位性病变的病理学结果,值得临床应用推广。

CT-guided percutancous cutting needle biopsy in qualitative diagnosis of pulmonary occupying lesions

Objective To explore the clinical application value of CT-guided percutancous cutting needle biopsy (PCNB) in qualitative diagnosis of pulmonary occupying lesions. Methods Totally 86 patients with pulmonary occupying lesions underwent CT-guided PCNB, and complete data and histopathological examination results were analyzed. Results The puncture success rate of 86 patients was 100%. Totally 83 patients were clearly diagnosed including 72 cases with malignant diseases and 11 cases with benign diseases, and a diagnostic accuracy rate was 96.51%(83/86).The incidence of pneumothorax was 12.79% (11/86), and bleeding rate was 17.44% (15/86%). Conclusion CT-PCNB is a safe, simple, accurate clinical examination which can obtain histologic results of pulmonary occupying lesions and deserve the clinical expansion.
