摘    要:丙戊酸钠是目前临床上最常用的广谱抗癫痫药物。其治疗窗窄,体内代谢受多种因素的影响,不同个体间差异较大,临床需对其进行个体化给药。群体药代动力学是近年来发展迅速的一种药代动力学的群体分析方法。笔者通过查阅国内外相关文献,介绍丙戊酸钠体内代谢过程,对近年来对丙戊酸钠群体药代动力学研究及应用作一综述,分析归纳影响丙戊酸钠代谢的可能因素,如:人口学特征,合并用药及遗传因素等,从而为临床个体化给药提供参考。

Abstract:Valproate is commonly used as a first-line broad-spectrum anti-epileptic drug. Valproate has a changing blood concentration, which is associated with individual differences, a narrow therapeutic index, and its metabolism is affected by many factors, so the individual treatment is useful for valproate. Population pharmacokinetics is a rapid development of population analytical method for pharmacokinetic in recent years. This paper reviews the metabolic processes in vivo and the population pharmacokinetics of valproate, and analyses the factors that may affect the metabolism of valproate, such as, demographic factors,genetic factors and concomitant medications. This review aims to know the population pharmacokinetics of valproate and its application to provide reference for clinical individual treatment.
