| Abstract: | Penetrating trauma to the extremities is a complex disease that foremost requires the evaluation for vascular injury. This monograph will address an algorithm to assess for associated vascular injury that includes current evaluation techniques. Approaches to wound management and use of antibiotics in the ED are also addressed. |
