| 摘 要： | 为了解新疆伊犁地区小反刍兽疫防控情况,本文对该地区规模化养殖场和散养户饲养羊只进行了小反刍兽疫免疫效果评估。2017-2018年从新疆伊犁州抽检912份羊血清样品进行ELISA抗体检测,结果显示:小反刍兽疫抗体阳性774份,免疫抗体合格率达84.87%。监测结果表明,新疆伊犁地区小反刍兽疫疫情得到较好控制,采取的小反刍兽疫防控措施行之有效,尤其是疫苗免疫对防控小反刍兽疫起到了关键性作用。

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the control of PPR in Yili region of Xinjiang, the immune efficacy of PPR was evaluated in sheep in large-scale farms and rural households. From 2017 to 2018,912 sheep serum samples were collected from Yili for antibody detection by ELISA. The results showed that 774 serum samples were positive for PPR antibody, and the qualified rate of immune antibodies was 84.87%. The surveillance results showed that the prevalence of PPR in Yili region of Xinjiang was controlled, and the measures of prevention and control were effective, especially the vaccine immunization played a key role in the prevention and control of PPR. |
