幼驼便秘的诊疗

本文就一例双峰驼幼驼胎粪停滞病例进行了诊断和治疗。病驼主要临床表现为频繁努责、腹部鼓气、食欲废绝、不能站立,通过肛门指检、腹部听诊及温度监测,初诊为胎粪停滞。病驼经胃管投服食用油200mL,直肠灌注温肥皂水200mL,静脉注射5%葡萄糖、VC、糖盐水,颈部皮下注射复合维生素B注射液与磺胺等药物治疗后,病情很快得到了控制,3d后痊愈。在临床上,应综合幼驼的生命体征,对幼驼便秘快速作出诊断,及时采取疏通肠管、镇痛减压、补液强心的方法治疗,效果显著。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Constipation of Baby Camel

In this paper, a case of bile camel juvenile meconium stagnation was diagnosed and treated. The main clinical manifestations of the sick camle were valsalva maneuver, abdominal abdomen, no appetite, and failure of standing, which was initially confirmed to be meconium stagnation through anal finger examination, abdominal auscultation and temperature monitoring.The sick camel was orally perfused with 200 mL of edible oil, rectal perfusion of warm soapy water 200 mL, intravenous injection of 5% glucose, VC, 5% glucose saline, subcutaneous injection of vitamin B complex injection and synergistic sulfonamide in the neck. The disease was quickly controlled and the sick camel recovered in three days. In clinical practice, the constipation should be rapidly confirmed according to any vital signs of young camel, and treated by clearing the intestine, analgesic decompression and rehydration and supplementing injection, which could receive obvious effectiveness.
