快速康复外科理念在髋关节镜围术期中应用研究

目的探讨髋关节镜围术期中应用快速康复外科理念(ERAS)的临床效果。方法选取自2016年1月至2018年12月收治的行髋关节镜治疗的70例患者为研究对象,按围术期管理方法分为常规组(n=31)与ERAS组(n=39)。比较两组患者的住院时间、术后至下地活动时间、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、改良Harris评分及并发症情况。结果两组患者未出现严重并发症,住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后48、72 h,ERAS组的VAS评分均显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ERAS组的术后至下地活动时间显著短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,两组患者的改良Harris评分均高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论髋关节镜围术期应用ERAS安全有效,可显著减轻患者疼痛,促进髋关节功能恢复。

Application of enhanced recovery after surgery concept in perioperative period of hip arthroscopy

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in perioperative period of hip arthroscopy.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 70 cases of patients who were admitted and underwent hip arthroscopy from January 2016 to December 2018.According to the perioperative management method,the patients were divided into the conventional group(n=31)and the ERAS group(n=39).The length of hospital stay,postoperative to subsurface activity,visual analogue scale(VAS),improved Harris score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results There were no serious complications and no significant difference in length of stay between the two groups(P>0.05).VAS scores in ERAS group at 48 hours and 72 hours after surgery were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The postoperative to subterranean activity time of ERAS group was significantly shorter than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The Harris scores of patients in both groups were higher after surgery than before surgery(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in Harris scores(P>0.05).Conclusion ERAS is safe and effective during perioperative hip arthroscopy,which can significantly reduce the pain of patients and promote the recovery of hip function.
