摘    要:将72只昆明种雌性小鼠随机分为高蛋白饲养组和低蛋白饲养组,分别在两组中设立对照组和实验组,实验组小鼠接种艾氏腹水瘤。3周喂养实验表明:高蛋白各组小鼠体重高于低蛋白组,且高蛋白荷瘤组小鼠瘤径大于低蛋白组瘤组。高蛋白组和低蛋白组,荷瘤小鼠肝过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性均低于对照组(P<0.01;P<0.05),而荷瘤小鼠肝过氧化脂质明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果提示:患瘤早期,可能存在一个“营养适宜期”,患瘤后期增加营养,要采取谨慎态度。

Abstract:72 mice were divided into two groups: the high protein group and the low protein group. Each group was subdivided into the control group and the test group which was inoculated with Ehrlich accites carcinoma (EAC). 3-week experiment results showed that the weight of the mice in the control and the test group fed with high protein was higher than that of the mice fed with low protein. The tumor diameter of the mice with EAC in the high protein group was larger than that of the mice in the low protein group. Both catalase activity and superoxide dismutase activity in the livers of the mice with EAC were lower than those of the control mice in high and low protein groups, whereas the contents of lipid peroxide in the livers of the mice with EAC was higher than those of the control mice. The experimental results remind that there is probably a "nutrition adaptation period" in the early stage of cancer, and attention should be paid to enhancing the nutrition in the later stage of cancer.
