摘    要:目的通过临床分析测定,找出血清存放条件对载脂蛋白(apo)A1和apoB含量测定的影响。方法将25份血清混合后再分成25份,分别测定apoA1和apoB含量,剩余血清每份分装9管密封,在每份中取4管放-20℃的低温冰箱中保存,取5管放入4℃冰箱中保存,分别在不同保存时间测定其apoAl和apoB的含量。结果于4℃冰箱保存当天和第3、5、7、14和28天测定血清中apoA1和apoB含量,结果第14天以后血清中apoA1和apoB含量开始下降,但仅第28天apoA1含量与当天结果比较,差异有统计学意义;-20℃冰箱保存血清apoA1和apoB当天测定含量与第5、7、14和28天含量比较,虽有变化,但差异均无统计学意义。结论血清的存放条件不同对血液标本中apoA1、apoB的测定值均有一定影响。

Abstract:[Objective] To study the effect of serum storage conditions on the determination of apolipoprotein A1 (apoA1) and B (apoB) by clinical analysis.[Methods]25 serum samples were mixed and divided into 25 portions, and the contents of apoA1 and apoB were tested respectively. Each serum portion was subpackaged into 9 tubes with seal, among them 4 tubes were preserved in -20 ℃ low-temperature refrigerator and 5 tubes were preserved in 4 ℃ refrigerator, and the contents of apoA1 and apoB were tested at different storage time.[Results]In the 4 ℃ refrigerator group, the contents of apoA1 and apoB were tested at the same day, 3 days, 5 days, 7 days, 14 days and 28 days.The results showed the contents of apoA1 and apoB decreased after 14 days, and there was significant difference in apoA1 contents between the same day and 28 days. In the -20 ℃ low-temperature refrigerator group, the contents of apoA1 and apoB at 5 days, 7 days, 14 days and 28 days were lower than those at the same day, but there was no statistical significance.[Conclusion]The different storage conditions of serum have some influence on the measured values of apoA1 and apoB of blood sample.
