参麦液关节腔内注射对症状性膝关节骨性关节炎的近期临床疗效观察

为探讨关节腔内注射参麦液治疗症状性膝骨关节炎的临床疗效，按患者就诊顺序1：1比例，将55例症状性膝骨性关节炎患者分为治疗组28例，对照组27例，采用膝关节腔内注射疗法，其中治疗组注射参麦液，对照组注射透明质酸钠，对55例患者61例膝关节进行系统的临床疗效观察，对比治疗前后膝关节的功能指数及关节液中NO水平的变化。结果显示，参麦液与透明质酸钠均可有效降低关节液中NO水平，改善患膝关节功能，同治疗前相比有显著性差异（P〈0．01），组间比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05），治疗期间均未发现任何毒副作用。表明关节腔内注射参麦液对症状性膝骨关节炎具有较好的临床疗效。

TREATMENT OF SYMPTOMATIC KNEE OSTEOARTHRITIS BY INTRA-ARTICULAR INJECTION OF "SHENMAIYE": A Short-term Therapeutic-effect Observation

In order to study the clinical therapeutic effect of intra-articular injection of "SHENMAIYE"(SMY) on symptomatic knee osteoarthritis(SKOA),55 cases of SKOA were divided into the treated(28 cases) and the control group(27 cases),which were treated by intra-articular injection of SMY and by intra-articular injection of sodium Hyaluronate,respectively;the clinical therapeutic effects of the 55 cases were systematically observed,the changes of the pre-and post-therapeutic knee function indices and NO levels in the joint fluid were compared.The results showed that both SMY and Sodium Hyaluronate function to effectively reduce the NO levels in the joint fluid,improve the knee function with a significant difference from the pre-therapeutic (P < 0.01);no inter-group difference(P > 0.05) and no side-or toxic-effect were seen during the treatment,suggesting that the intra-articular injection of SMY has a good clinical therapeutic effect on SKOA.
