武警用智力工作特征测验的初步编制

目的:为人员选拔和安置编制一种操作简便、适用于团体施测的智力工作特征测验. 方法:依据智力成分和层次理论,参照内田-别莱佩林测验的定时分行形式,编制测验项目结构相同、由0到9数字随机排列的加、减、乘运算测验,用于检测计算、注意、记忆广度、计算转换的能力特征的＜智力工作特征测验＞(IWCT);IWCT以智力工作水平和工作曲线形态为评价指标;对998名武警战士和学员进行施测. 结果:该测验重测信度0.89;与内田-克莱佩林测验的相容效度0.70,与智力测验的相容效度为0.59,对训练成绩的预测效度为0.42;曲线类型对MMPI多个分量表得分的区分效度达到显著水平. 结论:IWCT初步测试结果各指标符合心理测量学要求,达到了测量智力工作特征测验的编制构想.

Primary development of intellectual work character test for Chinese People's Armed Police Force

AIM: To develop the intellectual work character test (IWCT) as a convenient tool for personel selection and placement. METHODS: Based on componential and hierarchical theory of intelligence, in accordance with the form of the Uchida-Kraepelin psychodiagnostic test (UK test), the tasks of IWCT are plus, minus, and multiplication operation by 0 to 9 numbers, row by row in fixed period. The structure of all items are the same. The intellectual work level and styles of curve are used as index to assess the characters of count, attention, memory span, and changing of calculation abilities of individuals. RESULTS: The test-retest stability coefficient was 0.89; the convergence validity coefficient was 0.70 with UK test, 0.59 with the intelligent tests. The correlation coefficient between IWCT and training achievement was 0.42. The curve styles of the IWCT discri- minated MMPI scores significantly. CONCLUSION: IWCT attains acceptable psychometric properties and accords with the theoretical hypothesis in the present study.
