苯妥英锌抗脂质过氧化及对小鼠缺血心肌的保护作用

摘    要:本研究观察苯妥英锌(PHTZ)对异丙肾上腺素(ISO)引起小鼠急性心肌缺血的保护作用,并与苯妥英钠(PHTS)比较。结果发现,与对照组相比,缺血组血浆MDA含量升高18.2%(P〈0.05);红细胞SOD活力降低27.8%(P〈0.01);全血GSH-Px活力降低17.6%(P〈0.01),心肌组织出现明显缺血性损伤(P〈0.01)。与缺血组相比,PHTS及PHTZ组MDA含量分别降低26.3%(
