慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者白细胞介素2活性变化的研究

对３５例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者白细胞介素２（ＩＬ－２）的活性进行测定。结果表明：慢性肺患者急性发作作期ＩＬ－２活性低于缓解期、更显著低于健康人，慢性阻肺各病种间的ＩＬ－２活性，差异均无显著性。

A study on interleukin-2 activity in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Interleukin-2 (IL-2)activity was determined in 35 patients with chronicobstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and 14 healthy controls. IL-2 activity was muchlower in the acute exacerbation stage of COPD as compared to that in the remissionstage(P<0.01), and it was much more lower as compared with that of the controls(P<0.00 1 ).There was not significant difference in IL-2activity in all patterns withCOPD ( P>0. 05 ). Infection or use of steroids hormone reduced IL-2 activity significan-tly(P<0.001,P<0.05 respectively)when infection was brought under control or useof steroids was discontiuned, IL-2 activity rose markedly. These results suggested thatIL-2 activity may serve as an index of immune function for patients with COPD.
