急性脑干梗死患者预后影响因素分析

摘    要:目的探讨急性脑干梗死(acute brainstem infarction,ABI)患者预后影响因素。方法ABI患者按生存与否分成两组,按统一标准分别整理两组预后影响因素,进行非条件Logistic逐步回归分析。结果最终入选的变量是梗死部位(χ2=11.65,P=0.01)、入院时意识状态(χ2=7.80,P=0.05)、梗死大小(χ2=7.06,P=0.07)、肺部感染(χ2=6.10,P=0.10)、发病至入院时间(χ2=6.96,P=0.12)、年龄(χ2=5.91,P=0.15)、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(χ2=5.03,P=0.19)。结论经统计分析,对ABI患者预后有影响的因素依次是梗死部位、入院时意识状态、梗死大小、肺部感染、发病至入院时间、年龄、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征。

Abstract:Objective Retrospective analyse the clinical information of the brainstem infarction patients.To study the factors of influencing the death of brainstem infarction.Methods Patients with brainstem infarction were divided into two groups according their death or live.Progosis affected factors were managed respectively and analysed with logistic stepwise regession according to unique standard.Results The final selected variable were the location of focal lesions(χ2=11.565,P=0.001),the conscious disorder(χ2=7.780,P=0.005),the extent of focal lesions(χ2=7.706,P=0.007),pulmonary infection(χ2=6.110,P=0.010),time of onset(χ2=6.296,P=0.012),age(χ2=5.791,P=0.015),sleep apnea syndrome(χ2=5.503,P=0.019).Conclusion The significant affective factors to prognosis of patients with brainstem infarction were location of focal lesions,the conscious disorder,extent of focal lesions,pulmonary infection,time of onset,age,sleep apnea syndrome by statistical analysis.
