| 摘 要： | 目的总结本科室1985年1月至2003年6月期间接待患者的染色体异常情况.方法采取G显带法检测2091例患者的外周血淋巴细胞染色体核型.结果查出异常核型208例,异常检出率9.95%.结论染色体异常将导致各种疾病的发生并危及下一代的成长,必要的染色体检查是实现优生优育的重要措施.

| Abstract: | Objective: To summarize the abnormality of chormosome karyotype of the patients in our department during the period of 1985.1 to 2003.6. Methods: To analyze the chromosome karyotypes of periphoral lymphocytes in 2091 patients by G-banding. Results:Of 2091 cases,208 cases with abnormal chromosomes karyotype were diagnosed.The abnormal rate is 9.95%.Conclusion: Chormosome abnormality will lead to various of diseases and endanger the descendant's growth .Necessary diagnosis of chromosome is an important mesure for improving birth outcome and child development. |
