剖宫产术对妊娠高血压综合征患者的预后分析

目的 探讨剖宫术在临床治疗妊娠高血压综合征（妊高征）患者中安全性及效果。方法 采用前瞻性流行病学方法进行回顾性分析。结果 妊高征患者剖宫产终止。妊娠率为43．75％，其中重度妊高征患者剖宫产率为97．37％。孕产妇病死率为0．64％，围生儿病死率为1．83％。剖官产术后1周、术后42d和术后2年血压仍高于正常者，分别为18．58％、7．69％和1．92％，产褥病死亡率为0．64％。结论 经解痉等积极治疗与适时终止妊娠，是减少母婴并发症、降低围产期病死率、提高生活质量的关键，对于重度妊高征患者，以剖宫产方式终止妊娠为宜。

Prognostic Analysis on Hypertension Syndrome with U-D

Objective To discuss the safety and curative effect of hypertension syndrome with U-D.Methods The epidemiology investigation was performed retrospectively.Results The U-D stopped pregnancy with hypertension.The pregnancy rate was 43.75%.the U-D rate of severe hypertension syndrome was 97.37%.The mortality of pregnancy patient was 0.64% and neonate was 1.83%.The hypertension was higher than that of normal at 1 week,7 weeks and 2 years with rate 18.58%,7.69% and 1.92%,the mortality of puerperalism is 0.64%.Conclusion The active motion and U-D should be performed to decrease complication and mortality of mother and children,improve the life quality especially for patient with HS.
