| 摘 要： | 目的 观察舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因用于腹部手术术后硬膜外镇痛的临床镇痛效果和不良反应。方法选择ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级，在连续硬膜外阻滞麻醉下行腹部手术的病人60例，术后行硬膜外镇痛。随机分为3组，使用0．25μg/mL舒芬太尼复合0．125％罗哌卡因，0．5μg/mL舒芬太尼复合0．125％罗哌卡因，0．75μg／mL舒芬太尼复合0．125％罗哌卡因，匀速5．0mL／h。观察病人术后镇痛效果、不良反应以及使用其他镇痛药物情况。结果 0．5μg/mL舒芬太尼复合0．125％罗哌卡因组镇痛组取得较优镇痛效果，不良反应少。结论 0．5μg／mL舒芬太尼复合0．125％罗哌卡因适用于腹部手术后镇痛。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the analgesia effect and side effect of epidural analgesia on abdominal operation with combined ropivacaine and sufentanil.Methods 60 cases of such patient in ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ degree were performed epidural analgesia.They were divided into three groups.Group A was given 0.25 ug/mL sufentanil and 0.125% ropivacaine,Group B was given 0.5 ug/mL sufentanil and 0.125% ropivacaine,Group C was given 0.75 ug/mL sufentanil and 0.125% ropivacaine.The analgesia effect,side effect and other drugs were observed.Results The group B had better effect than other groups.Conclusion The method of group B might be the best for abdominal operation. |
