尼群地平与倍他乐克治疗原发性高血压的临床观察

目的观察尼群地平与倍他乐克治疗原发性高血压的疗效,不良反应及对患者生化代谢的影响。方法100例原发性高血压患者,每日服尼群地平和倍他乐克片,观察血压、不良反应及生化指标。结果显效85例(85%),有效13例(13%),总有效率98例(98%)。降压幅度:治疗前收缩压为22.6 kPa±1.5kPa,舒张压为13.7 kPa±0.68 kPa,治疗后收缩压为17.0 kPa±1.34 kPa,舒张压为11.3 kPa±0.8 kPa。不良反应:头痛、头晕、皮肤潮红、乏力发生率8例(8%)。治疗前后空腹血糖、血脂、肾功能无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论疗效确切,不良反应少。

The Clinic Observation of Nitrendipine and Betaloc Therapy on Primary Hypertension

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect,adverse effectand effect on biochemical metabolism of Nitrendipine and Betaloc therapy on primary hypertension.Methods One hundred patients with primary hypertension were treated daily by Nitrendipine extended action tablet and Betaloc.The blood pressure,adverse effect and effect on biochemical metabolism were recorded.Results There are significant effects in 85 patients,valid effects in 13 patients.The total valid rate was 98%.The depressurization amplitude of systolic pressure ranged from 170.10±11.2 mmHg of pretherapy to 128.42±10.11 mmHg of post-treatment,while the one of diastole pressure ranged from 103.11±5.1 mmHg to 84.43±5.8 mmHg.There are eight patients with adverse effects including headache,dizziness,erubesence,debilitation,There are no signifiant difference in fasting blood glucose,blood fat and renal function between pretherapy and post-treatment.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Nitrendipine and Betaloc therapy on primary hypertension was significant and there are little adverse effects.
