| 摘 要： | 目的 探索高分辨率CT(HRCT)对3.0 cm以下周围型小肺癌的诊断价值.方法 对40例直径＜3.0 cm的周围型小肺癌进行HRCT扫描.结果 支气管气像、空泡征、磨玻璃样改变出现率较高,而分叶征、毛刺征,胸膜凹陷征出现率较低.结论 HRCT对显示病灶的内部结构和边缘形态明显优于SCT,对诊断早期周围型小肺癌很有价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of HRCT for peripheral lung cancer less than 3cm.Methods 40 cases of lung cancer of less than 3 cm in diameter were scanned with HRCT.Results The bronchi,vacuole and frosted glass signs were common in HRCT and lobular,spike and pleural depression were not common.Conclusion The diagnosis for peripheral lung cancer with HRCT might be better than SCT in the internal structure and marginal form with higher diagnostic value. |
