急性砷中毒致神经精神障碍与神经电生理异常(附87例临床分析)

目的 探讨急性砷中毒致神经精神障碍与神经电生理异常的临床表现，提高急性砷中毒在临床工作中的认识。方法 对87例急性砷中毒患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 在急性砷中毒的87例患者中出现神经精神障碍28例（占32．2％），其中对出现神经精神障碍的患者按临床表现分为：神经型13例（占46．4％）、精神型6例（占21．4％）和混合型9例（占32．2％）。并作神经电生理检查，包括脑电图（EEG）、肌电图（EMG）、诱发电位（EP）等，均有不同程度的异常表现。结论 急性砷中毒易致神经精神障碍与神经电生理异常，且病情严重、恢复较慢。

Analysis of Neuropsychic Disturbance and Neuroprotenial Abnormality Caused by Acute Arsenic Poisoning

Objective To discuss the manifestations of neuropsychic disturbance and neuroprotenial abnormality resulted from acute arsenic poisoning.Methods Analyzed the clinic data of 87 patients suffered from acute arsenic poisoning retrospectively.Results There were 28(32.3%) patients performed as neuropsychic disturbance which were classified into three types:the neurologic(13 patient;46.4%),the mental(6 patients;21.4%),the mixed of two(9 patients;32.2%).EEG,EMG,and EP were performed on the 28 patients and various abnormalities were found.Conclusion Patients suffered from acute arsenic poisoning was in the danger of neuropsychic disturbance and neuroprotenial abnormality.Symptoms in the patients with neuropsychic disturbance and neuroprotenial abnormality were serious and the recovery is quite slow.
