| 摘 要： | 目的总结钛合金烤瓷修复体的应用指征及优点。方法牙体缺损较大者、残根、残冠及牙周病致牙齿唇向移位，先行彻底根管治疗，然后拍牙片根充，观察2周无症状者，即可修复。结果本组195例烤瓷修复体，经6个月。3年观察，优144例，良41例，一般8例，失败2例，优良率94．9％。结论钛合金烤瓷修复体是修复牙齿的理想方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the titanium ceramic dental prosthetic application,indication and advantages.Methods The root canal treatment of big defect,residual root and crown that caused lip dislocation and X-ray was performed.The repair was taken after twice weeks.Results There were 144 cases excellent,41 cases good and 2 cases failed in 195 cases with curative rate of 94.9% after 6months to 3 years observation.Conclusion This method might be ideal repair for defected teeth. |
