| 摘 要： | 目的观察通心络胶囊治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择66例老年冠心病心绞痛患者进行常规治疗与常规治疗加用通心络胶囊治疗的临床对比观察。4周后进行心绞痛、心电图及总疗效评价。结果观察组缓解心绞痛总有效率88．57％，明显优于对照组74．19％（P〈0．05）。结论通心络胶囊治疗冠心病、心绞痛患者，是安全有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of senile coronary heart disease(CHD) with tongxinluo.Methods 66 cases of such patient were treated with routine therapy and added tongxinluo as comparison observation.The angina,ECG and total effective rate were assessed after 4 weeks.Results The total effect rate was 88.57% in observe group and 74.19% in control group.Conclusion This method might be safe to treat senile CHD. |
