急性心肌梗死患者左心室造影测定心功能与血浆Nt-proBNP水平相关性的临床研究

目的 探讨脑钠素N端前体肽（Nt-proBNP1-76）在急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者血浆中的水平变化及其与行冠脉造影时所测左室射血分数的相关性，从而探讨Nt-proBNP的临床应用价值。方珐采用免疫荧光双夹心法测50例胸痛患者血浆Nt-proBNP水平，并急诊行冠脉造影法测左心室射血分数（LVEF）。结果 AMI患者的血浆Nt-proBNP水平（2024．58±401．12）明显高于对照组（123．29±36．02），P〈0．001。AMI组血浆Nt-proBNP水平与有创心功能检测所测EF值呈明显负相关（r=-0．761，P〈0．01）。血浆Nt-proBNP可以反映心功能状况。结论 AMI患者血浆Nt-proBNP水平明显升高，并与冠脉造影测左室射血分数呈负相关。提示Nt-proBNP能够反映心肌梗死后及无临床症状性心功能不全程度的一个新指标，Nt-proBNP可能成为诊断左心室收缩功能障碍早期而可靠的指标。

Clinical Study on Heart Function with Left Ventricle Angiography of Acute Myocardiac Infarction and Relation with Serum Nt- proBNP Level

Objective To discuss the relationship between the NtproBNP level of AMI patient with heart function with LVA and discuss the clinical application of Nt-proBNP.Methods The Nt-proBNP level was detected with immunofluro-mehtod of 50 chest pain patient and LVEF was performed with angiography.Results The level of Nt-proBNP in AMI group was higher than that in control group with P<0.01(2024.58±401.12 123.29±36.02).The serum Nt-proBNP might reflect the heart function.Conclusion The Nt-proBNP level of AMI patient was obviously increased that was negative related with LVEF in angiography.It suggested that Nt-proBNP might be a new data to reflect the degree of heart function for AMI and asymptom patient.This data might be a reliable data to obtain the diagnosis of LV systolic function disorder in early stage.
