逐瘀通脉治疗冠心病无症状心肌缺血的临床观察

目的 了解逐瘀通脉胶囊对冠心病的治疗作用。方法 将确诊的冠心病心绞痛患者60例随机分为两组，在常规治疗的基础上，治疗组加用逐瘀通脉胶囊2粒，3次／d口服；对照组加用潘生丁50mg，3次／d；肠溶阿司匹林片50mg，每晚1次。4周为1疗程。结果治疗组在改善临床症状及心电图改善、心律失常的纠正均优于对照组。结论逐瘀通脉胶囊可改善心肌功能，值得临床推广应用。

The Clinical Observation of the Capsule for Dissipating Blood Stasis and Promoting Blood Circulation in Curing Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To understand the therapeutical effect of the capsule for dissipating blood stasis and promoting blood circulation in curing coronary heart disease.Methods We devide the 60 patients who are made a definite diagnosis of coronary heart disease into two groups randomly,the control group and the curing group.Besides the routine method of curing coronary heart disease,we give the first group 2 pills of the capsule for dissipating blood stasis and promoting blood circulation,3 times pur day,but in the other group we give the patients 50 mg persantine 3 times pur day and 50 mg enteric-coated aspirin one time pur night.One course of the treatment contain 4 weeks.Results The curing group was better than the control group reflected in the improvement of clinical symptom and the change of ECG,also it has a better correction of cardiac arrhythmia.Conclusion The capsule for dissipating blood stasis and promoting blood circulation could improve the myocardial function,so it is worth to spread in clinical work.
