奥美拉唑与替普瑞酮联合治疗反流性食管炎的疗效观察

目的观察奥美拉唑与替普瑞酮联合应用治疗返流性食管炎（reflux esophagltis，RE）的疗效，并同奥美拉唑治疗相比较。方法采用随访对照方法选取84例经内镜确诊为反流性食管炎患者分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组给予口服奥美拉唑20mg、3次／d；替普瑞酮50mg、3次／d；对照组给予口服奥美拉唑20mg、3次／d，两组同时应用多潘立酮10mg，3次／d，疗程都为8周，同时复查胃镜观察组织学的变化。结果治疗组应用三联药物2周时，显效率分别为52．3％，高于对照组，经统计学比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）；2,4、6、8周时，总有效率分别为84．09％、88．63％、93．18％和95．45％，高于对照组，经统计学比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论奥美拉唑、替普瑞酮及多潘立酮联合应用治疗显效率快，总有效率显著，值得推广使用。

Curative Effect Observation on Reflux Esophagitis with Omeprazole and Teprenone

Objective To observe the curative effect of treatment for reflux esophagitis(RE) with combination therapy of omeprazole and teprenone and compared with other.Methods 84 cases of such patient who was confirmed with endoscope were divided into two groups.The therapy group was treated with omeprazole 20 mg/tid and teprenone 50 mg/tid.The control group was treated with omeprazole 20 mg/tid.Both groups were given 10mg domperidone for 8 weeks as a course.The patient was detected by endoscope then.Results At 2 weeks after therapy,the effective rate in therapy group was 52.3% that higher than that in control group.The total effective rate were 84.09%,88.63%,93.18% and 95.45% at 2 w,4 w,6 w aod 8 w in therapy group that higher than those in control group with significant difference.Conclusion The combination therapy might be rapid effective,high total effective rate and widely use.
