参松养心胶囊治疗心律失常72例疗效观察

目的观察参松养心胶囊治疗心律失常的临床疗效及不良反应。方法将138例心律失常患者随机分为两组,治疗组72例,服用参松养心胶囊,每次1.6 g(4粒),3次/d;对照组66例,口服胺碘酮0.2 g,3次/d。两组对原发病的治疗用药不变,疗程均为4周,1个疗程后复查Holter并观察效果及不良反应。结果治疗组治疗的有效率为84.72%,对照组有效率68.18%,两组治疗效果差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组,且不良反应少。结论参松养心胶囊对各种心律失常均有良好的疗效,且副作用少,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation on ShenshongYanxin Capsule for 72 Patients with Arrhythmia

Objective To study the clinical therapeutic efficacy on ShenshongYanxin capsule for the patients with arrhythmia and evaluate the adverse reactions of the treatment.Methods 138 patients with arrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups,72 cases in the treatment group and 66 cases in the control group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with ShenshongYanxin Capsule 1.6 g three times a day,and the patients in the control group were treated with amiodarone 0.2 g three times a day.The treatment of the both groups for primary disease was changeless,and the duration of treament was 4 weeks in both groups,After one duration of treatment,The Holter was rechecked,the clinical effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective therapy were obtained on the treatment group at 84.72% and the control group at 68.18%.By comparison,there were significant difference on cure rate between the two groups(P<0.05),The cure rate in the treatment group was better than those of the control group,There were few adverse reactions in the treatment group.Conclusion ShenshongYanxin capsule has better clinical curative effect on various arrhythmia and has few adverse reaction,So it is worthy of clinic application.
