| 摘 要： | 目的通过大样本量资料，总结经皮穿刺髓核切吸治疗腰间盘突出症的疗效。方法采用电动式腰间盘抽吸依治疗腰间盘突出3060例，穿刺成功率达100％。结果显效率为70％，有效率26％，无效率4％。重点分析了疗效与适应证，疗效与间盘组织切吸量及病程长短的关系。结论经皮穿刺椎间盘抽吸（PLD）的治疗机制，指现有小部分钙化椎间盘突出仍可治疗，因而PLD具有较大的实用和推广价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the curative effect of treatment of lumbar disc protrude with acupuncture nucleus resection via skin.Methods 3 060 cases of such patient were performed with electric lumbar disc resection machine with 100% successful rate.Results The excellent rate was 70% and effective rate was 26%.The non-effective rate was 4%.The curative effect was related with the disc tissue resection volume and duration of disease according to the indication and effect.Conclusion The PLD might treat the small part of calcifiedprotrude disc and this method might be practiced and widely use. |
