安宝与硫酸镁治疗先兆早产临床分析

目的观察安宝治疗先兆早产的效果。方法对20例诊断先兆早产的孕妇作为研究组,给予安宝治疗;并随机选择20例符合相同条件的的病例作为对照组,观察治疗后孕妇的的宫缩抑制情况、心率变化、血压及血糖改变。结果应用安宝后孕妇宫缩显著抑制(P<0.01),用药后虽有心率加速,但无1例>120次/min。结论安宝通过有效抑制宫缩,对于治疗先兆早产是有效的,虽对心率影响较大,但仍较为安全。

Clinical Analysis about Threatened Prematune Delivery Treatment with Anpo and Magnesium Sulfate

Objective To investigate the effect of threatened premature delivery by Anpo.Methods 20 pregnant women with diagnosi of threatened premature delivery were taken as study group and were given Anpo;The nother 20 with the same conditions cases constituted the control group.Maternal uterine contractility,heart rate,blood pressure,blood glucose were observed in the two groups nespectively.Results All patients given Anpo had an increased heart rate,but none of the rate exceeded 120 bpm.Uterine contractility was effectively reduced.Conclusion Anpo can reduce uterine activity.The treatment for threatened premature delivery is safe and effective with Anpo although it causes an increased heart rate.
