| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨冠心病（CAD）患者与QT离散度（QTd）、心率变异（HRV）之间的关系。方法 测定冠心病组50例和对照组50例的HRV5项时域指标及QTd，并作分析。结果 冠心病组患者24h时域及QTd与健康对照组比较均有非常显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论 冠心病患者HRV的显著降低，QTd增大，反映了冠心病患者自主神经调节功能失衡，更易发生心律失常及心脏猝死。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the relationship between coronary artery disease(CAD) and heart rate variability(HRV) and QT dispersion(QTd).Methods To test HRV five indexes QTd between CAD subjects(50 cases) and healthy subjects(50 cases),and analysia them.Results The 24 hours time zone indexes and QTd of CAD patients are lower than healthy subjects obviously(mean P<0.01).Conclusion The imbalance of the autonomic nervous system lead to HRV decrease and QTd increase in the CAD patients,especially in the patients with arrhythmia and heart sudden death. |
