| 摘 要： | 目的 比较腹腔镜手术与开腹子宫切除术的效果。方法 将2005-06-2006-12间60例良性子宫病变患者随机分为腹腔镜手术组和剖宫手术组，比较两组术中、术后情况。结果 两组年龄、体重、剖宫术史等方面比较，差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05）；术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后病率、对镇痛药的需求、术后住院日及术后恢复时间，腹腔镜手术组显著减少（P〈0．01或P〈0．001）。结论 应用开腹手术子宫切除术效果明显优于传统的剖宫手术，适于临床应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the effect on uterus resection with open surgery and laparoscope.Methods 60 cases of benign uterus diseases from June 2005 to December 2006 were divided into open surgery and laparoscope group.The situation during operation and after operation were compared.Results There were no significant difference in age,body weight and history.There were significant differences in bleeding,passing time,relapse rate,analgesia,recovery time and discharged time were better in laparoscope group than those in open surgery. |
