| 摘 要： | 目的探讨前列腺增生症术后疗效不良的原因。方法应用尿动力学的方法对50例BPH术后症状改善不良的9例患者进行检查分析。结果本组术后疗效不良的主要原因为逼尿肌不稳定2例、低顺应性膀胱2例、高顺应性膀胱3例、膀胱出口梗阻2例。结论BPH术后疗效不良的主要原因是不稳定膀胱、逼尿肌功能障碍和膀胱出口梗阻。尿动力学检查对预测术后疗效、手术适应证的选择,以及查明不良原因等有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of urodynamic analysis in prognosticating efficacy after prostatectomy.Methods The results of 50 cases postoperation were analyses.Results We found that detrusor instability appeared in 2 patients,2 patients had low compliance bladders,3 patients had high compliance bladders and 2 patients were bladder outlet obstruction.Conclusion The most frequent causes affecting the prognosis of BPH patients after prostatectomy,include: instability bladder、detrusor dysfunction and bladder outlet obstruction.Urodynamics may plays asignificant role in the determination of the prognosis of BPH Patients、choosing patients who needs prostatectomy and in the determination of the causes of unsatisfied prognosis of BPH patients. |
