| 摘 要： | 目的评价膨胀期内白内障继发青光眼三联手术的临床疗效。方法对29例（29只眼）老年性白内障膨胀期引起的继发性急性闭角型青光眼患者行白内障现代囊外摘除、后房型人工晶体植入联合小梁切除（三联手术）治疗。结果术后平均随访14个月，视力达0．3～0．4者，占41．38％；≥0．5者，占58．62％。26眼（89．66％）术后眼压正常。结论膨胀期白内障继发青光眼患者三联手术的远期疗效良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the curative effect of triple combination operation for immature stage of cataract and secondary glaucoma.Methods 29 cases of senile cataract in immature stage and secondary glaucoma were performed with extra-cyst resection,artificial lens implantation and trabecula resection(triple combination operation).Results The average follow-up was 14 months.The vision in 0.3～0.4 was 41.38% and more than 0.5 was 58.62%.The eye pressure was normal in 26 eyes.Conclusion The combination operations might have long term good effect for such patient. |
