应用氟比洛芬酯复合曲马多在鼻内窥镜手术后镇痛

目的观察氟比洛芬酯复合曲马多在鼻内窥镜手术术后自控静脉镇痛（PICA）的效果及不良反应。方法选择择期鼻内窥镜手术患者80例，手术结束后随机分为两组（各40倒）：Q组：曲马多700mg＋生理盐水至100mL；KO组：氟比洛芬酯150mg＋曲马多400mg＋生理盐水至100mL，两组均采用持续输注2．0mL／h，单次PCA剂量0．5mL，锁定时间15min。采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）测定患者1，4，7，16，32，48h的疼痛评分，PCA按压次数以及并发症。结果两组患者的性别、年龄、体重、手术时间、术中出血量等一般情况，无显著性差异（P〉0．05），两组术后的镇痛效果以及PCA按压次数均无显著性差异（P〉0．05），两组不良反应的指标有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论在鼻内窥镜手术后的自控镇痛中，氟比洛芬酯与曲马多有相似的镇痛效果，可减少曲马多的不良反应，复合使用，安全有效。

Post-operative Analgesia with Flurbiprofen and Tramadol Treatment after Nasal Endoscope

Objective To observe the effect and side effect of post operative PICA with flurbiprofen and tramadol treatment after nasal endoscope.Methods 80 cases of such patient were divided into two groups Q group(40) was treated with tramadol 700 mg and KQ group was treated with flurbiprofen 150 mg and tramadol 400 mg.The PCA 0.5 with 15 min interval.The VAS score,pressing times and complication were observed at different times.Results There was significant difference between two groups in complications but no difference in sex,age,body weight,operation time and bleeding and analgesia effect and pressing time.Conclusion The combination of flurbiprofen and tramadol in PICA after nasal endoscope operation might be safe and effective and which also could reduce the side effect of tramadol.
